Pumpkin soup

Low-calorie and very rich winter soup. Easy to do.


Makes: 6 portions

  • 1/2 kg pumpkin, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cups of vegetable stock
  • 2 cups of milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Place the stock, milk, pumpkin, onion, and garlic in medium sized pot. Bring to a full boil and let simmer until vegetables are tender. Break into smaller pieces and pour everything into the blender. Blend. Serve hot.
